Recipe : Carrot Cake

Assalamualaikum

It's been so long my mom requested carrot cake. Almost a month kot. Banyak ja aral melintang until today. So disebabkan hari ni aku free (next week baru busy) I decided to make her carrot cake.

Resepi dia, search Google la. Sekarang tak payah dah nak beli buku-buku resepi. Type what you want the click search. Simple as that.

Kalau malas sangat nak search, ni ha aku share kat sini. Kot2 dok baca blog aku, then tetiba nak buat ka kan. Ha, senang ja.


CARROT CAKE

Bahan-bahan :-
1 cawan pecans/walnut (chopped)
2 1/2 cawan carrot yang dah di parut
2 cawan tepung serbaguna
1 sudu teh baking soda
1 1/2 sudu teh baking powder
1/2 sudu teh garam
1 1/2 sudu teh serbuk kayu manis
4 biji telur besar (gred A)
1 1/2 cawan gula halus
1 cawan minyak sayuran
2 sudu teh esen vanila


Cara-cara:-
1- Panaskan ketuhar 180 darjah celcius
2- Ayak tepung, baking soda, baking powder. Campurkan garam dan serbuk kayu manis sekali.
3- Pukul telur sampai berbuih, dan masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit. Pukul lagi sampai jadi ringan dan tukar warna (light color)
4- Masukkan minyak dan esen vanilla
5- Masukkan campuran tepung tadi.
6- Masukkan carrot dan walnut, gaulkan guna spatula
7- Masak 25-30 minit (kalau letak dalam bekas cupcakes) Kalau dalam pan, 35-40 minit. (depends la. Kalau nak tau masak ka tak, ambil cungkil gigi, cucuk kat tengah2 kek. Kalau tak masak, cungkil gigi tu akan nampak macam berair sikit lepas kita keluarkan dia)
