my first question before i start my entry.... why people still wish good evening although it is at 8 o'clock at night???? i ask this question at my standard 5 english teacher...and u know what she told me??? because ' good night ' we used only we wanna go to bed....and i didn't ask much about it, because at that time it is not my standard to know all of that....but know, i want to ask you bout it....so WHY????
jom kita berbalik kepada dunia yang nyata.....as i stated above, i found a dead body today...when i doing my OSPE.....before this i already did a dissection for the cadaver(mayat).....but today it is different.....the body they put on the last table at the 'selekoh'....so, anyone that went there, will have shock!....da la cadaver tuu separuh ja badan dia....boleh imagine tak??? okok, macam ni la senang korang nak imagine, bayangkan badan manusia dipotong setengah antara kaki dan abdomen....dan dipotong lagi setengah, tapi kali ni antara sebelah kanan dan sebelah kiri....hahaha...gila weyh...memang spontan reaction la....member sebelah aku gelak ja kat aku....hahah....
then jumpa tangan plak....pastu kaki....haish...dugaan betul la.....
